I provide counselling to adolescents (14+), where young people can openly discuss their feelings, experiences and any challenges they face. Helping them navigate the ups and downs of life. I focus on empowering adolescents to express themselves and support them find solutions to their challenges. My approach is compassionate, understanding and tailored to each young person’s needs.
I provide face to face adult, as well as couple counselling. I offer a client led approach, where the ethos is recognising the uniqueness of every individual. I feel privileged in joining with clients on a journey of self-discovery and healing. My experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of human experiences and the importance of providing personalised support that respects each person’s unique journey. I am passionate and committed to supporting the emotional wellbeing of my clients. I have a real interest in my clients individual situations, and I am skilled in creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship to foster empathy, growth and healing.
